Really lovely place, hidden away, quiet, fabulous treatment, best I have experienced.
They were running a little late when I arrived and there is nowhere inside to wait, and my massage was a little delayed. The treatment was very good, I felt very relaxed, the overall experience was lovely. Just wish I could have waited inside at the beginning.

Really disappointing. I did book a last minute appointment as my original booking was cancelled due to the salon having staff issues. Clifton therapy called me to ask if we could change the start one, which I appreciated as they were trying to ensure I wasn’t waiting around. However, manicure still started 15mins late. It’s a quirky location, lots of lovely natural light but still cold, untidy and not particularly welcoming space to be in. Therapist was very friendly but slow and a touch haphazard I.e. not removing all prior polish, not filing nails evenly until I asked her to remove snags. I had to dash out to collect my daughter as run out of time. So I ended up with basic manicure (not the luxury one I’d booked) even though my normal place can do that treatment in 90mins no problem. Was not surprised to have two chips within 24 hours and still not received refund I was promised for difference in price. Won’t be going back.
