Never got what I booked. Felt like I was putting the therapist out and didn't receive a friendly welcome. I was asked in reception what oils I wanted but that's why I booked with a therapist for their knowledge. I was then told she could only offer me a Swedish massage with the oils but wouldn't be deep pressure. I left relaxed after but slightly disappointed however I will stress that it's not all the therapists fault if she isn't trained to do the services offered. I will however return as I've had an amazing facial with Rachel before.
Booked a very last minute blow dry, great value and really good service would definitely go back.
Really pleased with cut & colour by Helen. It's a pleasure to sit & relax & know you're going to get a great experience. Helen is very friendly & other staff also. Highly recommend.
