Helen was very friendly, and exceptionally good at what she does. I've been quite happy with my last few haircuts, but this was the first time I'd had my hair cut by Helen, and the best haircut I've had in a long time.
The venue is lovely, very clean, relaxing and a nice atmosphere. I had the purifying facial it was a really relaxing facial. Definitely something to try if looking for a pamper session. I have oily/congested skin and had hoped there would be blackhead/whitehead extraction in a purifying facial as I understood it would be good for oily/congested skin. However, that was something I should have checked and treatwell descriptions can be lacking in this regard too. It helped the texture of my skin straight away and did draw out impurities as I noticed a lot of my stubborn blackheads came to the surface. I'm going to another salon this weekend for blackhead/whitehead extraction facial. So it may be a case that I get this facial every 4-6 weeks and extraction facial the following week to improve my acne. The girl was extremely nice and talked me through treatment options that they have for acne which I may try in the future.
