The reason for giving this a low rating is the salon were not expecting me. Apparently Treatwell had not told them I had made a booking. I had booked it that morning. The appointment time I had chosen was not available and I had to wait almost an hour to be fitted in. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. Also as it was the first time I had used Treatwell I got an email saying something about my account being compromised. When I called Treatwell they advised this always happens when you first set up an account. Surely they should do something about it then, especially as you put your card details into the website.
Great place. Welcoming, very clean, and very professional staff.
Waxing was the least painful ever. Takes a bit longer but well worth it for the lower ouch factor.

Arrived on time for appointment and was asked to take a seat. 10mins after my appointment time a therapist came and asked me if someone had contacted me day before re cancelling my appointment. I replied 'no' and showed her the confirmation text I'd received day before to which she said 'that's from treatwell, did you get nothing from us?' No was my reply. She then apologised, told me my therapist's granny had died and she was now on a lunchtime flight to Cyprus and that the boss was supposed to have contacted me day before to let me know. She didn't do the procedure I was in for so my appointment was cancelled. This had been a much needed treat to myself after an overnight 26.2 mile walk on Saturday for charity and was hugely disappointed.
