I had the best intimate waxing experience today, Stephanie was great, very professional, she explained the whole procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The non-strip wax used was surprisingly not painful, there was a little bit of discomfort while the wax was being pulled off (but thats expected) but it wasn't as painful as the strip one which has an 'after shock burn' like sensation. I highly recommend going to Clinica medica especially if you're a first timer or have an extremely low pain threshold.
Great haircut by Helen who was really friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be coming back here!
