Heather was great and really listened to make sure we were on the same page about what I wanted. She knew I was nervous as it was the first time I had used bleach and put me at ease explaining more about the products she was using. Would definitely go back.
Stephanie is a wee star. 1st time getting a Hollywood and let's just say I'm not a slim lady but she made me feel so at ease. Procedure was almost pain free which is unbelievable but true, just a tiny nip at one area which is expected. As Arnie one said, I'll be back!!
Was a great experience. Staff were very helpful and lovely. I hadn't been waxed in a while and it wasn't as painful as it normally is when you leave it a while.
A brief wash, cut and blow dry - can't really complain. Hairdresser was very friendly - but the station I was sat at was very messy, and covered in other women's hair! Could've used a tidy up. Otherwise no issues.
