I got to my appointment on time & was put into a room to get undressed & left there for 25 mins waiting for my hollywood waxing. I then got dressed & wandered to the reception where i saw the lady who was due to do my waxing casually chatting to another customer. I walked out because she wasn't even apologetic. Where time is so valuable, this place clearly doesn't respect timings.
