Treatment felt very rushed and was quite painful (waxing). The doorbell rang mid treatment and she left to answer this leaving me exposed and feeling uncomfortable. I covered myself with my dress to which when she returned she laughed and said "nobody else is coming in here"... No apology. Cramped room and quite run down. Due to the amount of pain I'm in now, don't think I'll be returning.

Great venue, plenty of off road parking, nice therapist but my only complaint is that the pricing difference for hot wax should be displayed on Treatwell. I would return again! X
