I was on time for my appointment and wasn't seen for almost another 45 minutes. Hadn't been warned I'd have to wait so long as they were short staffed otherwise I wouldn't have waited only to be seen at the same time as 2 other clients. This meant I was in the salon almost an hour and a half for what should have been a 25 minute appointment. Advanced warning this was going to be the case would have sufficed.
