After being left waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time, I already had a bad feeling. After washing my hair today I have realised that the cut is a state. The right hand side of my hair doesn't match the left. The right is longer and feathered with the left looking the complete opposite. The salon isn't open until Tuesday now so I now have to spend more money having it fixed elsewhere. For £35 I think I received a poor service and will not use the salon again.
