Eyebrows were waxed very well, loved the outcome of them, but was sat waiting for half an hour after the time I had booked

They were really kind to fit me in last minute as my booking hadn’t showed on their system but I asked for natural make up and left looking way too done up. My boyfriend commented that I looked like a drag queen which was not the natural look I was going for. My appointment also overran by about 40 mins which was a bit stressful as I was going to a wedding.
