Can't really fault the highlights or cut but some other elements weren't great. Almost impossible to get hold of the salon and they were rude on the phone when I did get through; I had to talk to them through Treatwell in the end. Other small things were; that was the roughest hair washing experience I've ever had in a hairdressers; gave me a centre parting even though I said side; and wasn't given any options for the blow dry, they just went for straight without asking what I preferred

First time I’ve used this Vegas and I will 100% be going moving forward - Zino was a pleasure, listened to what I wanted, was conversational and its the first time in years Ive had my hair cut and be completely satisfied! See you again in 4 weeks!

Great service, cut and Brazilian blow dry. Vilma took the time to explain what she was going to do and how I should look after my treatment
