It was ok, was made to come back 30mins after my appointment was booked as she was still working on someone else, but I did book quite last minute. Cut and dry was ok, nothing elaborate but the price was fair for London

Elizabeth was in charge of my hair treatment, she was professional and fast, she also offered me with a courtesy drink. She needed to deal with an overbooking situation and acted ok accordingly.
The place looks brand new, first time there, I will comeback for sure.

Initial booking was cancelled then on arrival the hairdresser I was booked with was 20 mins away. Clearly hadn't expected my booking but was very pleasant once we got started.
Explained early on that balyage wouldn't make my dark hair very blond unless used toner & that wasn't included in pre-payment/booking time so hair isn't as light as I wanted but is a good job.
When it came to the cut I explained that I have a fringe (it had just gotten very long) & wanted it back - she said 'we'll keep it' so I assumed she was agreeing with me but then didn't cut it in after drying & my gown was off before I could say anything.
Definitely some communication issues but happy enough with what I did get
