Quite rough with hair when cutting and drying, my hair breaks easy so a gentler approach would of been better. Expensive for long hair. A dry cut option should also be given.

I had an amazing first experience however going back I didn't get the same good experience and was left with basically an unfinished job - really sad as this experience now overshadows my previous one

This was fairly easy to find despite reading other reviews that it was difficult.
I arrived and one hairdresser was late so my apt was pushed back 30 mins so not off to a great start. Villy J was lovely though and apologised whilst sorting out 3 different clients!
Finally the balayage began.. the dye was left on for over an hour and having asked for caramel / cinammon coloured highlights I’ve ended up with quite blonde ones.. I don’t hate it but it wasn’t what was asked for. The haircut itself was quicker and done to a great standard!
