The worst wax I've ever had. She didn't check the temperature of the wax so put it on far too hot and burnt me. She would repeatedly wax the same area over and over again, crossing between hot wax and stripe wax, making it unnecessarily painful. There were several occasions where she couldn't get the wax off and would painfully scrape at it with tweezers. She blamed my hair and said it was too coarse - I have been waxing once a month for 10 years and have never been told my hair is coarse. After 30 minutes she told me she was finished and left the room. When I looked in the mirror she had left chunks of hard white wax all over me which I had to try and pick off. To top it off I had purple burn marks down my bikini line.
