I really like my hair colour and cut but my overall experience my wasn't perfect. Firstly, treatwell website says post 30/11 all appts are in the new salon in Clapham. Vilma had to clarify this was wrong information on the website. Secondly, my appt was booked with Vilma and only when I arrived I realised someone else was going to do my hair, was not okay with the random surprise. Thirdly, it took over 4 hours and lastly I was charged extra for toner, would have appreciated to know in advance.
