Sharon was lovely and really went to town with my stiff, stressed body. She used a combination of stones and a physio machine as well as cups(??) which were all rather helpful. I left sore but satisfied. The only thing I would say is the gym is SO loud it was actually really hard to relax especially when she’s really KNEEDING the knots out! Nothing she could do about that sadly.
