Sharon was very friendly, we started later than the booking time but I still got the full hour. I wasn't told that hot stones and cups would be used, I didn't mind it but it would have been nice to receive a heads up. I was told that my knots are too tense to just use hands.
Sharon is quite chatty and my jaw was quite tense from talking so much. It would have been more relaxing if I could just listen to the music.

A vibrating massage machine was used on me for around a quarter of the session, which seemed excessive and not good value for money. Hot/cold stones were placed on me without first asking/warning me.
