Sharon was lovely and treatment was very nice. She did a great job. She was very intuitive recognizing a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders that could contribute to problem spots on my face. She helped me work them out. The treatment room is within the Fitness First which is extremely loud, unfortunately you cannot tune it out so the atmosphere is less relaxing despite Sharon’s attempts to create a relaxing atmosphere.

Sharon was very thorough, she gave me some guidance on how I can be less tense. I had a firm Swedish and did leave a little sore but I felt great the next day.
