Salon phoned me to move appointment because time I booked wasn’t available. I had a different member of staff to what was requested. Salon was a bit drab. Cash machine wasn’t working so had to bank transfer which was a pain. Hair cut ok. You get what you pay for, I was in and out quickly, no tea or coffee offered, no consultation.
