I was offered a used towel covered in grey hair which I had to ask if I could have a fresh towel! (basic hygiene standards?) and they ask you to transfer money to the back account as they don’t have card machine facility. Which my back refused to transfer as the payees details don’t match but they told me to just do it and I don’t even have an energy to talk about my haircut! - just don’t expect to have worth of your hard earned money if you decide to go there.

My manicure and pedicure wasn’t done by Maria they were done by Gisela. She was great. Excellent at what she does and offered good advice for me nails that are in terrible condition due to doing them myself during lockdown

Umberto is amazing, I couldn’t imagine having my hair done by anyone else now! The salon has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are always so friendly. Honestly can’t rate it highly enough
