The salon had just opened so there was no music initially and it was a bit cold. The technician was lovely but the towel was dirty and so was the floor. We were interrupted a few times by the receptionist but overall the manicure is great.

I'm happy with my manicure, it looks really nice and she's done a fab job, but the salon overall is pretty disorganised. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my appointment, the people working there seem pretty scatty.
