Shellac full manicure took 20mins max.
They don’t use actual shellac but the DND version.
A very rushed manicurist
The towel I had to put my hands on still had nails tips of the previous customer.
I had asked for round shaped, I got a squoval, with inaccurate filing, I had to smooth the nail tips once I got home.
I asked for polish #633 and she took 634, I realized after she had done a couple of fingers and instead of taking it off and start again, she did one coat with one and the second coat with what I wanted.
Smudges on my polish everywhere.
I had to tell her the lamp was not on at least 5 times, once she got to the top coat the polish was not dry. Never happened to me with a gelpolish. At the till no one asked me if everything was ok - and the manicurist rushes out the door so she definitely was in a hurry.
I gave 2 stars just because of the last minute booking availability, but I don’t think I will go again.
