Terrible. I would NOT recommend this place. The interior is nice and the staff seemed pretty nice but I learned later they were overbooked when I arrived and instead of asking me if I would prefer to reschedule I was given an incompetent hairdresser! I asked for a short strait bob, and at one point the right and left side had a drastic different and she just said « oups! ». She didn’t seem to know what she was doing half the time, and seemed to be struggling a lot. She offered no advice or input while cutting, she didn’t ask how I usually style/put my hair or how it positioned itself naturally. She cut much more than I wanted as well. She succeeded in styling it well so we couldn’t see the imperfections too much but now it’s not at all structured... the back is uneven compared to the front, it’s just...no words. I looks like I had cut it myself... I don’t even want to go back so that it can be rearranged because that means they are going to have to cut even more! So maybe the others are good but I won’t come back to try!
Lovely therapist who did a good job. It was hard to find as it’s now actually called Luxe beauty not mimosa as advertised (could be Treatwells fault) and things were well worn given the reasonably expensive price.
Quick and efficient shellac manicure. You do have to pay an additional £5 for removal if you didn't previously get your nails done there. I'll definitely be back though.
