Turned up for my booking and the salon was closed for a refurbishment. I received no warning and my booking was accepted like normal. Really not happy.

Very disappointed, cancelled and rearranged three times. The final time I actually arrived at the shop which was closed and told when I called to book again on Monday. Very poor customer service.

Really brilliant treatment, just wish they’d told me more about the after care! Just did my first wash and it’s looking fab though!
