Cloud twelve markets & prices itself as a luxury spa but the service doesn't reflect this. There was no hot water in the spa so I had to have cold shower, then the same happened in the salon so I had to have my hair washed with cold water and consequently got a terrible cold. The blow dry itself, having paid £40 I was told it would last a couple of days but within 3 hours, by the time I headed out it didn't even look like I'd had one as all the curls fell out! So a waste of time & money for me.
