Really enjoyed my treatment at Cloud 9 - I love my gel manicure! Overall really happy with the service provided, and good value for money.
Pros:
+ Really efficient beauticians, and very nice on the whole
+ No tearing of the cuticles, no pain
+ Long lasting shellac, even on small nails
Cons:
- You're kind of left to your own devices when you arrive, and it does get very busy which means you could get left standing
- The staff shout at each other from upstairs/downstairs, which can be destabilising and deters from the nice relaxing ambience

Lovely lady but that had to be the most painful wax I’ve ever experienced. I’m still sore two days later. Also, had quite a few hairs missed so had to go over for a while with tweezers.
