Lovely experience at Cloud 9. Such a nice pedicure - felt like Lee really knew what she was doing and my toes looked amazing. Also had some eyebrow threading and my brows have never looked so good!!! Plus it only took less then 2 minutes. Will be back.

The venue is very clean and cozy and the staff is very nice! The nails are amazing, done very neatly! Will definitely come back

My shellac pedicure felt a bit rushed, online booking said it would take 1:10h, but I was in and out in around 30 minutes. Now I wouldn't mind if the result was perfect, but bits of my old shellac have not been removed properly and show on the sides, as I decided to go with a lighter colour than before. Not super happy with the result given the price.
