The lady who did my lash lift was lovely and as it was my first one, explained everything about the process to me. Unfortunately, halfway through the period where I had to lay alone with my eyes closed for the treatment to work, another client and a different staff member came into the same room as me which was a little confusing. Noone explained that they needed the chair in the room for the other client so I had my stuff put next to me on the bed and as I had to keep my eyes closed, I didn't really understand what was going on until I left and could see another client in there. After the treatment was completed, and even though it was running 10 minutes early which was great, I was hurried out of the room by this other staff member so her client could use the bed I had just vacated which was a bit disappointing. The lash lift itself probably could have been applied for longer, I have a slight bend in my lashes but not as much as I was expecting. The tint was fine but the staff member who did it smudged colour on my nose that I had to ask for a cotton pad to remove myself. Not sure if I would go back for lash treatments again, lift potentially if it could be left for longer, but the tint probably not.
