Just one thing from today, they charged extra £5 to remove my nail polish as it was semi-permanent; I didn’t like this as they don’t mention about this extra charge in their site and the price is already enough to cover this ‘extra cost’

The tech I initially went to did such a poor job, I came back to my car and I could see lumpiness on most of the nails. She fixed the most prominent one but I was still satisfied so I waited for the lady who seemed to be in charge. She tried her best to fix them but they weren’t great overall. I’ve used the service here a few times before but wouldn’t return as for the same price you can get a better job elsewhere.
