One woman started off cutting my nails, before another woman came over and said she would be taking over. She didn’t cut the nails on my other hand and made it very obvious she was in a rush. It felt like a very rushed experience, no care or attention to detail, not relaxing at all. I had to ask her to correct things a few times, and she had a very rude manner. Not impressed and won’t be returning.
