The manicure chipped within 2 days! Never should happen with a well done gel manicure. I was not in London by then so couldn't go in to get it fixed.
Otherwise staff and place are nice.

Rip off. £18 for a soak off and treatment and I didn't even get the "treatment" part of it - when I queried it as I was paying they reluctantly told me to go back and sit in the chair if I wanted a treatment (I mean no cream or oil on the nails at the end). Price was £16 and then they added on a £2 charge for using a card which seems like nonsense now that every where accepts card payments. Wasn't even greeted with a hello. Dire experience and won't be back.
