I had already paid 40 for acrylic removal and then a gel manicure but had to pay 4 pounds more. The staff are ok but they're not the friendliest and to be honest they don't seem like they care. The lady who did my shellac was rushing and it definitely was not a manicure it was more of a tidy up. She only used two coats of gel so the colour isn't as opaque as I'd like. She also caught my finger with the drill so I had a cut. Wouldn't return.

It was such a lovely experience. My nails look BEAUTIFUL. I work round the corner so I'm delighted to have found somewhere I can go frequently that's so good with lovely members of staff.

Just the worst mani/pedi I've had in London. Really rude, finished product was a mess (not shellac so didn't look good and really hard to remove). Also overpriced for somewhere with such low quality service!! Would never go again.
