Nail infills were of a good standard, pedicure was well done but rushed. The pedicure is supposed to take 40 mins but only took 15. For £33 I expect some luxury and relaxation, not to feel like I was being treated as quickly as possible so they can move onto the next customer. Staff are quite friendly but not chatty; again the whole thing feels rushed, not relaxing. They also don't like you booking more than once through Treatwell which is really inconvenient for me. Won't be returning.

The manicure chipped within 2 days! Never should happen with a well done gel manicure. I was not in London by then so couldn't go in to get it fixed.
Otherwise staff and place are nice.
