Really bad manicure, didnt gut cuticles properly, polish fell off after 2 days

This place was quite awful. The service was terrible- the person doing my nails didn't speak to me once, and I felt very uncomfortable. They couldn't have cared less if I were there or not and seemed very unengaged.,There was a girl next to me having her eyelashes done and said it was burning her eyes - her beautician just casually said she had put someone on too close to her actual eyes but seemed really unconcerned. £40 lighter for a very average shellac manicure and the most awkward 40 minutes of my day! No thanks.

Brand new, clean, chic salon. All OPI products. Staff that can't do enough to make you comfortable. A good mani/pedi result and not too expensive.
