After they had started removing my manicure (with nails looking scratched and me unable to leave) they mentioned, unprompted, the actual price. This shows it is standard practice and that other customers get confused about this. They were very rude and did a very poor job. They also posted lies in response to my Google review.

Unfriendly unhappy staff who snapped at me when I answered a question around nail shape, didn’t smile once sat with a miserable expression, used cheap products - cannot be OPI from how thin the varnish is
