Unfriendly unhappy staff who snapped at me when I answered a question around nail shape, didn’t smile once sat with a miserable expression, used cheap products - cannot be OPI from how thin the varnish is

Was a good service but was about 15mins of waiting beforehand which wasn't ideal as I'd booked ahead. Nails still look good few days later!

The employees couldn’t have been less friendly or polite, it seemed like I was really putting them out even though I had booked an appointment. They did a slap dash job and it wasn’t worth the amount of money I paid. I highly doubt these will last a couple of days let alone 2 weeks. Happy to post if I’m proven wrong but an hours appointment crammed into 25 minutes doesn’t seem like attention to detail was paid. I hate to complain but the rudeness was just inexcusable.
