My cuticles were trimmed far too aggressively - multiple times to the point they bled, and had to have tissues put on them during the manicure to stop the bleeding. I asked several times for the technician to be more gentle, but it kept happening. I have deep cuts on three fingers that are still stinging and aching nearly 24 hours later. I would like a refund and am happy to send photos to show you the damage.
