Really lovely people and were very attentive offering me tea , coffee etc Nail tech over filed my nails a bit so they were really thin by the time the polish was applied. Also went up to the cuticle and then drill off the bit closest to it which meant my cuticles still had the hardened gel on and got pulled on as they grew. Nail polish also bubbled after a couple of hours.
