I was convinced by the good reviews however my actual experience was disappointing. After a week my BIAB is chipping and starting to lift on the sides. The appointment felt rushed and the technician was not thorough in the prep, the shape of some nails were not symmetrical and from the side's you can see a weird bump where there is more product at the top of of the nail (instead of a nice dome shape). I was really excited to try a new place and left disappointed.
