Hollywood wax with owner was fast and friendly.
Pedicure therapist I wasn't impressed by. Her effort was poor. Firstly with shaping my toe nails, I asked for square and she gave me sort of square - initially she asked if I wanted them filed and I was bewildered - I had 2 odd nails why wouldn't I? She painted a gel colour and then did the spa treatment (shouldn't it be other way) Once I got home and put my glasses on I realised she had not shaped my nails properly and a hair had been painted in.
