I had three gel manicures and a gel pedicure at Cobalt. They're very expensive but I kept going back because the nail technicians really took their time and did an exceptional job. The last time however, my manicure was rushed. I realized the next day that the gel hadn't cured properly and, after researching and discovering all the horrible things that can happen, requested it be removed. I had to argue and they finally agreed, but didn't give me a refund or an apology. I won't be returning.
