Only thing is they moved my appointment 15 mins earlier the day before, but were not ready for me when I arrived (first customer of the day). And when I got home I then saw they had adjusted the appointment time WHILST I was there to start 5 mins later. Bit weird, but no big issue.

I usually like this place - I’m a frequent customer. But I didn’t find the back and neck massage to be particularly relaxing - in face, I left feeling more tense and in more pain than when I entered! I’m not sure if the woman who did this particular massage was trained properly in massage...a shame because I have had good experiences there previously.
