I came in for a consulatation before having my hair coloured here and felt confident in the stylist. However, on the day of the appointment it took a lot longer than I expected and there wasn’t enough time to finish off what I had asked for. It would be good to know the level of experience the stylist had before booking and they may take longer than stated to complete the treatment so the client can decide whether they have enough time available or they require someone more senior.
