My stylist was nice enough but the overall experience was not great. I wanted to discuss ideas for my colouring and there was no appetite to really help or consider (even though I called to ask if there’s time to do something more and they said yes). The person who washed my hair was very rude. It’s common decency to be polite and say please/thank you instead of barking orders and somebody but she seemed really bored and annoyed. My hair feels terrible after just a root colour & falls a LOT.

My hair was not washed properly by one of the assistant
The Hairdresser Ricky was totally unable to blow dry curly hair... at some point he disappeared and he left me sitting there until a Lovely Italian man Andrea came to finish the blow dry.
if it wasn't for Andrea, my hair would have looked horrendous.
