I booked an appointment with Helen (senior stylist) but called on the day to see if I could move the appointment forward at all. I was told that I’d been booked in with Ree (stylist), Not Helen and that they couldn’t refund my booking. When I said I shouldn’t have to pay for their mistake, I was reluctantly offered a ‘free’ hair treatment which I accepted and nearly hung up on me before I reminded them of the actual reason for my call - moving the appointment. In the end I had Ree, who was actually really lovely and did a great job.
However, having read some of the reviews on here, I see this isn’t the first time this has happened. I think the salon is doing this on purpose so as to drive more customers and have customers unwittingly pay more. Really unimpressed.
