Loved it
Very polite greeting when I arrived, my stylist was very professional and the result was perfect.
Great salon and lovely staff. Had a great cut and blow wave. Can’t recommend enough.
Jordanna always cuts my hair just the way I like...I highly recommend her! The rest of the Cobella staff are so lovely, it's always a great experience at the salon :)
am usually not the person to write reviews nor ratings (unless positive) bur my appointment and visit tkt he salon indeed deserves a review as indeed an experience to remember. to staet with j have booked 12pm saturday appootment for ladies haircut wash and blow out wirh Helen / sernior srylist - i had to be out of fhe salon no later than 1pm - latest 1:15pm so was told this procedure should not take lobger than one hour. in sarurday morbing at 8 am i get a text message reconfirming my 12pm apppointment. then at 9:40 am i ger another text message with "appointment reminder" telling me that appointment is changex for 12:15pm. i call the salon at 10am to unferstand what happened and reminding that i have to leave at 1pm latest 1:15pm and the receptionist says they had to push mg appointment by 15 min as helen was finishing a comlex hair coloring appointmnet (which is a bit weired given im being told this at 9:40-10am and my appointmnet was not for anofher two hours ...but fine). the receptionist eeassures me that despite this i concenience Helen (senior stylist) will start my appointment at 12:15 and j should be done by 1:15pm. i arrive to the salon at 12pm to be sure im there for the 12:15pm start of the procedure. the receptioninst tells me that actuallh Helen is fully booked for todag and will not do my hair.. which js a bit bizzare given my applointment has breen prepaid and prebookd a day in advance and confirmed on the phone and having arrived to the salon im being told with a smile "sorry shes fully booked but i can squeeze you jn later towards the evening" which wasnt workable for me as i had a very preset schedule for the day and needed to do the timeslot that ive booked and was still ready to do the 12:15 pm slot salon has asked for on the mornjng of. so i aak if anyone else kf the same senior stylist category can do mh hair and the receptionist offers Thomas - stylist - as the only one available. as its already 12:20pm and i need tl.start so i can finish on time i go alpng with it. the receptionist does me a favour and passes me on to Thomas. we do a quick preconsultation and am now in the washing basin to get mh hair washed and its alrwady 12:45pm ish... with that said i see that Thomas is acruallg doing a haircolor on the ofher client in the meantime (the coloring stage not the 'waiting for the color to develop' stage - ie he s acrually tied in on another appointment and would have to then leave his current client hanging to quickly chop my hair and come back to finish coloring his client at the time).. the receptionist realises that probably and rushes over to me to tell me that acrually a woman of the same senior stylist category as Helen.has freed up as she had an appointment cancellation and can dk my hair...EMY... with that said ive deliberally asked ti reconfirm category as on treatwell Emy was indeed more junior - £10 chepaer to Helen (on that off peak timeslot) being a "stylist" and not a "senior stylist". at thag stage time is pushing closer tl 1pm and i need to get going so i have no choice but to go with Emy "stylist". out of the chair by 1:45pm!!! - indeed not the 1/1:15pm (Emy was good an attentive) by that time the previous blondle middle aged receptionist is no longer at the desk...so anyone offered me at least a refund of the petty difference to say the least? i was in a rush and didnt speak to the new girl who was looling over the reception at the time (neither did she ask me anything - even along the lines of how was my haircut) and dear salon u can keep the petty pounds but oh dear - the overal situation and aplroach of your staff is definitely not on the levem of a respectable salon as you try to position yourself. will indeed ensure to relay this experience to my kensington based friends p.s. i see that to bad reviews here the salon replies "sorry - fake review / we dont see your booking" - to keep their "face" so would not be surprised to see the same "game" here
