The blow dry and colour was to a good standard, and staff seems to be knowledgeable and trained, however every time I book them through Treatwell, I then get a phone call saying that the time I have chosen in not available because the stylist I booked don’t actually do high lights.
They offered somebody else but at the time which was not suitable to me, and I had to be very assertive to be actually seen at the time that I could make to the appointment.
That is after I already paid and received email and text confirmation.
Another time I booked for a toner, paid and received text confirmation from coebella, but then I received a phone call saying that I need to book in to dry my hair as this is the National Uk rule and the price for a dry (not a blow dry) would be £16! No mention of it in their treatment menu, not even an info added in the brackets. The person I spoke to on the phone blamed it onto treatwell, and I think that it’s up to them to make sure they booked properly. Never anything like this happened to me on treatwell and I am definitely not coming back to this place due to cobella attitude (and £16 rough dry)..
