Immediately after booking and having paid, they called and asked to cancel as they already are busy. I asked for refund but the lady over the phone said actually wait I maybe have someone for you and asked a junior staff to cut my beloved hair. She did not really care and had no opinion about hair styles and was in a rush to leave the saloon in 30 minutes. Long story short, hair cut was done in 5 minutes with her cutting off half of my hair with a blade and then the blow-dry was so incomplete that someone had to redo it all . My hair is now 10 centimeters shorter with no style. Waste of time and money. I won't go there again.

Really happy with my haircut. Treated to an amazing conditioning treatment as well. My hair hasn’t felt so good in such a long time. Can’t wait to go back. Love this place

Really lovely place, came out feeling really great after having a much needed, great haircut. The only thing that was missing was the head massage you normally get when you get your hair washed. This is the bit I always look forward to. Lovely hairdresser though, good vibes all round and came out feeling like a celeb - would definitely recommend!!
