I’m genuinely still in tears over my haircut yesterday. It was not at all what I asked for, it’s incredibly short and not my personal style at all. The salon itself seemed nice and the hairdresser was extremely kind and friendly but still did not seem to listen to anything I had asked and gave me an entirely new ‘look’ that I didn’t ask for and I don’t like.
