A wonderful salon with exceptional staff from the reception team through to the creative Director. I walked out with the best haircut I think I've ever had.

Classic Facials
Great welcoming and appointment start, following by being advised that I have been book only for colour and no cut as the manager has messed up the booking. Likely another person cancelled their appointment so they were able to schedule me in for haircut and blow dry. Then instead of getting caramel colour highlights I was given striky blond colour. Had to spend another 30 min to get toner treatment which likely turned the blond down. I appreciated that everyone was very apologetic and tried to solve both issues, however I doubt I will get back for any colour change. The haircut was amazing, so thank you Cellia
