I was made to feel welcome and the staff were very friendly. I was satisfied with the treatment, thumbs up.
Just as a constructive observation, my hair was long and it was washed before the cut. By the time my hair cut happened, the water had dripped down past the rubber mat that was placed round my shoulders, through the gown and my T shirt ended up fairly wet underneath and slightly uncomfortable. A towel was used prior to the rubber mat but maybe it wasn't enough. I guess I should have said something but decided not to make a fuss as I wasn't there for that long. Other than that, I was happy with the whole experience

I like the salon and the ambiance. I only booked for my root color. I like the result at the end. I didn't ask for a blow dry, only rough dry.
When i went to the till the price was 12 GBP was more expensive than I booked here. I asked the reason for it and been told that they charged extra for rough dry.
I could have just dried it myself...
I will never go there again.
